Vendor applications for businesses outside of West Vliet Street are only accepted for ArtWalk (April) and Bastille Day West (July). Applications will be reviewed by a WVS event coordinator for approval. Once approved, a $50 vendor fee will apply and additional instructions will be sent regarding fee payment and event logistics.
By applying, you agree that you have read and understood the Agreement Information:
You must furnish your own change, tables, chairs, display materials, etc. The event takes place rain or shine! Bring a tent to protect you from the elements and weights to hold your tent down in windy conditions.
There is no arriving late or leaving early. You will be provided with load in and load out information upon acceptance to the event, which are typically 1-3 hours before and after the event times listed. In consideration of other vendors and patrons, please do not break down your booth before the designated break down time. If there is a situation where you sell out of goods, you can place a sign and leave your booth, but load out will have to wait for the designated time.
Once an application is approved and the vendor fee is paid, WVS does not refund fees for cancellations or no shows. Transfers of fees to another vendor may be available under limited circumstances.
If you sell something that requires a permit, it is your responsibility to obtain that permit.
For most vendors, we are unable to provide electricity, unless you have arranged for it directly with a WVS business or the event coordinator. Food vendors should note any electrical needs this in the description space below so the event coordinator can address accordingly.
If you were invited by a WVS business or will be setup within/around their location, please add the business name in the appropriate form field. This helps us efficiently plan for vendor spacing on the street to create the best patron experience.
