Please note that a $50 application fee is required for your application to be considered complete. Once accepted, the $50 will go toward the $100 truck/vendor fee. If not accepted, the $50 will be fully reimbursed. West Vliet Street may allow cancellations/transfers under limited circumstances.
By applying, you agree that you have read and understood the Agreement Information:
You must furnish your own change, tables, chairs, display materials,etc. The market takes place rain or shine! Bring a tent to protect you from the elements and weights to hold your tent down in windy conditions.
There is no arriving late & no leaving early. Load in starts at 9:30 am, cars must be off the streets by 11am. If you arrive after 11am please plan accordingly with carts as there will be no vehicle access. In consideration for other vendors and patrons, please do not break down your booth until 7pm. If there is a situation where you sell out of goods, you can place a sign and leave your booth, but you can’t load out until everyone loads out.
The fee for the space is non-refundable.
If you sell something that requires a permit, it is your responsibility to obtain that permit.
We do not have access to electricity, so please plan accordingly.
Each vendor is responsible for any insurance coverage for the protection of the vendor.
Each vendor is liable for any damages.
The vendor assumes responsibility to pay all federal, state and local taxes, duties or assessments that may be levied or imposed on the vendor’s operation, services, transaction, revenue and property.
In consideration for entry as a vendor, the vendor does hereby, release, remiss, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless West Vliet Street Business Association and all members of, from any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, charges, claims, demands and liabilities of any nature to include death, personal injury and/or property damage whether due to accident or negligence which arise during the course of this event and further covenants not file a claim for such death, personal injury or property damage.
Once you apply, the West Vliet Street Association holds a board meeting where vendor selections are made, please do not send in the remaining booth fee until you have received notice of acceptance.
