Be sure to mark your calendars and join us Saturday, October 7th for the Third Annual West Vliet Street Fall Festival. Vliet Street will be closed between 54th and Hawley Road for a day of fun activities including local artisan and maker booths, food trucks, bands, and so much more.
Thank you for your interest in the West Vliet Street Fall Festival. This will be our third year and we are excited to continue growing and make this a highly anticipated event for the whole family each year. After hearing feedback from prior events, we have decided that this year’s festival will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 12pm-7pm. And this year, all vendors will be along Vliet Street instead of having the small side streets. This is an outdoor event that has seen increasing turnouts year over year, and we are looking forward to exciting new additions to this fall!
If you’re interested in participating in this year’s event we invite you to follow the inks to Vendor and Entertainment Applications, which are now live and accessible below. Applications are then brought before the West Vliet Street Board of Directors for a juried vote.

Some things to consider before applying as a vendor.
You must furnish your own change, tables, chairs, display materials, etc. The market takes place rain or shine! Bring a tent to protect you from the elements and weights to hold your tent down in windy conditions. There are no refunds for inclement weather.
There is no arriving late & no leaving early. Load in starts at 9:30am, cars must be off the streets by 11am. If you arrive after 11am please plan accordingly with carts as there will be no vehicle access. In consideration for other vendors and patrons, please do not break down your booth until 7pm. If there is a situation where you sell out of goods, you can place a sign and leave your booth, but you can’t load out until everyone loads out.
The application fee and remaining booth fee are non-refundable once you are accepted. If you are not accepted, the application fee will be refunded. The cost for a 10x10 space is $100, if you would like to rent more than one space, please select the quantity on the application.
If you sell something that requires a permit, it is your responsibility to obtain that permit.
We do not have access to electricity, so please plan accordingly. *we are looking into the possibility of having access this year (2019) but at this time it’s best to not plan for it.
